
Broiled Spanish Mackerel
Ingredients
- 6 (3 ounce) fillets Spanish mackerel fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 12 slices lemon
Notes
Broiled Spanish Mackerel: Preheat the oven’s broiler carefully and set the oven rack around six creeps from the heat source. Softly oil a heating dish.
Rub the two sides of every mackerel filet with olive oil and spot with the skin side down into the readied preparing dish. Season each filet with paprika, salt, and pepper. Top each filet with two lemon cuts.
Prepare the filets under the broiler until the fish starts to chip, 5 to 7 minutes. Serve right away.
