
Chia Greek Yogurt Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup soy milk unsweetened
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp seeds ground flax
- 1 tbsp honey or more to taste (optional)
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup chia seeds
Notes
Whisk the soy milk and Greek yogurt together in a vast sealable holder. Blend hemp seeds, flax seeds, nectar, cinnamon, and vanilla concentrate into yogurt blend.
Blend chia seeds into yogurt blend until seeds have uniformly circulated. Spread the compartment and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Mix the mixture until chia seeds have consistently appropriated once more. Refrigerate until chilled and set, at any rate, 60 minutes.
