
Chia Greek Yogurt Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup soy milk unsweetened
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp seeds hulled hemp
- 2 tbsp seeds ground flax
- 1 tbsp honey or more to taste (optional)
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup chia seeds
Notes
Whisk the soy milk and Greek yogurt commonly in a large sealable container — mix hemp seeds, cinnamon, flax seeds, honey, and vanilla extract into yogurt mixture.
Stir chia seeds into the yogurt mixture until seeds have equally distributed. Wrap the container and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Stir the mixture until chia seeds have evenly distributed again. Refrigerate it until chilled and set at least 1 hour.
