
Easy Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounces) can garbanzo beans, drained, liquidreserved
- 2 ounces fresh jalapeno pepper sliced
- 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic minced
Notes
In a blender, combine cumin, lemon juice, garbanzo beans, jalapeno, garlic and one tablespoon of the reserved bean liquid. Blend until smooth.
