
Easy Mediterranean Fish
Ingredients
- 4 (6 ounce) fillets halibut
- 1 tbsp Greek seasoning
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 (5 ounces) jar pitted kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Notes
Easy Mediterranean Fish: Preheat an oven properly to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spot the halibut filets on a massive sheet of aluminum foil and season with Greek flavoring. Join tomato, onion, olives, tricks, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spoon tomato blend over the halibut. Cautiously seal every one of the edges of the foil to make an enormous bundle. Spot the package on a preparing sheet.
Heat in the preheated oven until the fish chips effectively with a fork, 30 to 40 minutes.
