
Espinoza’s con Garbanzos (Spinach with Garbanzo Beans)
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra-virgin
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 (10 ounces) box spinach frozen chopped
- 12 ounces garbanzo beans drained
- 1/2 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp 1/2 teaspoon salt
Notes
Heat the olive oil properly in a skillet over medium-low temperature. Cook the garlic and onion properly in the oil until translucent, about 5 minutes. Mix in the spinach, garbanzo beans, cumin, and salt use your stirring spoon to mash the seeds as the mixture cooks lightly. Allow cooking until thoroughly heated.
