
Extra Easy Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounces) garbanzo beans drained, liquid reserved
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Notes
In a blender, mix the garbanzo beans, garlic, cumin, salt, and olive oil properly. Combine on low speed, always adding reserved bean liquid, until the desired consistency has achieved.
