
Greek God Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounces) package whole wheat rotini pasta
- 1 (16 ounces) can peel and diced tomatoes drained
- 2 tbsp green bell pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp basil dried
- 1 tbsp oregano dried
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp feta cheese crumbled
Notes
Greek God Pasta: Preheat the oven carefully to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Heat an enormous pot of lightly salted water to the point of boiling. Include rotini pasta, and cook until still somewhat firm, around 8 minutes. Channel and fill a deep meal dish.
Blend the tomatoes, green pepper, green onion, olives, and tomato sauce into the pasta. Season with basil and oregano and blend until uniformly mixed. Sprinkle mozzarella and feta cheddar over the top.
Heat for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheddar is liquefied and bubbly. Let represent a couple of minutes before serving.
