
Greek Guacamole
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado chopped
- 4 ounces feta cheese crumbled
- 1 small onion minced
- 1 tomato chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- salt to taste
Notes
Crush avocado in a bowl utilizing a fork. Include feta cheese, onion, tomato, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Blend well and serve right away.
