
Greek Watermelon Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 center-cut slice of watermelon about 1 inch thick
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/8 cup tomato diced
- 1 tbsp Kalamata olives pitted and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh mint chopped
Notes
Cut the ground watermelon cut into 6 to 8 wedges, yet keep them orchestrated into a circle.
Sprinkle feta cheese, tomato, olives, and mint equally over the watermelon. Serve right away.
