
Grilled Broccoli Rabe
Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli rabe trimmed and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
- salt to taste
Notes
Heat a pot of salted water to the point of boiling. Set up an ice shower adjacent. Spot half of the broccoli rabe into the boiling water and cook for one moment; at that point evacuate with tongs to the ice shower to quit cooking. Rehash with outstanding broccoli rabe. Spot broccoli rabe carefully into a large colander to deplete.
Preheat an outdoor grill carefully for medium-low heat, and daintily oil grind.
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, squashed red pepper chips, and salt in a little bowl. Hurl depleted broccoli rabe with oil blend, at that point place onto the hot mesh.
Grill, turning once in a while until thick stems have relaxed, 8 to 10 minutes. Expel more slender verdant pieces as they become done to avert consuming. Evacuate to a serving platter.
