
Ham, Cheese, and Hard-boiled Egg Empanadas
Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 2 cups cubed Gouda cheese
- 3 hard-boiled eggs chopped
- 12 empanada pastry discs
- 1 egg beaten
Notes
Preheat oven carefully to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Oil 2 baking sheets with cooking splash.
Consolidate ham, Gouda cheese, and hard-boiled eggs in a bowl; blend well.
Organize baked good plates on a level surface; touch a little water around the edges. Spot a massive tablespoonful of ham and cheese blend in the middle; overlay baked good finished and press side with a fork to seal well.
Spot the empanadas on the readied baking sheets. Brush with beaten egg.
Heat in the preheated oven until brilliant, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
