
Indian-Spiced Baked Fish
Ingredients
- 4 (4 ounces) tuna steaks
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tbsp dried tarragon
Notes
Spot fish steaks in a bowl. Include olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander, cumin, and tarragon and blend well. Spread with aluminum foil and marinate in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours.
Preheat the oven carefully to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Move fish steaks to a baking sheet.
Heat in the preheated oven until fish has cooked through and chips effectively with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes.
