
Insalata Caprese II
Ingredients
- 4 large ripe tomatoes sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 pound cheese resh mozzarella
- 1/3 cup basil leaves fresh
- 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- fine sea salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Notes
On a large platter, exchange and overlap the tomato slices, mozzarella cheese slices, and basil leaves. Spray with olive oil — season with sea salt and pepper.
