Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup walnut halves
  • 1 pound radishes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra-virgin
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 3/4 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 20 fresh mint leaves

Notes

Toast pecans in a dry skillet over average temperature, shaking every so often, until fragrant and a shade darker, 2 to 4 minutes. Cleave coarsely.
Spot the radishes in a serving bowl.
Whisk oil, lemon juice, salt, and nectar in a little bowl until consolidated; shower over radish cuts and hurl to coat.
Stack mint leaves, move firmly and cut across into slender strips — crease mint and pecans into a plate of mixed greens.
