
Lemon and Garlic Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- lemon juiced
- 3 cloves garlic pressed or more to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 16 chicken wings
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional) chopped
Notes
Consolidate olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Include chicken wings, spread with a plate or cling wrap, and marinate in the cooler for 60 minutes.
Set an oven rack around six crawls from the heat source and preheat the oven’s broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Expel chicken wings from the marinade and spot on the readied baking sheet
Broil until never again pink at the bone and juices run clear, roughly 7 minutes, flipping chicken wings once following 4 minutes. A moment read thermometer embedded close to the bone should peruse 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Sprinkle with parsley.
