
Mediterranean Chicken Pitas
Ingredients
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onions thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 2 (6 inch) whole wheat pita bread split and toasted
- 4 ounces roasted chicken breast sliced
Notes
Join artichokes with feta cheese, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spoon into pita parts. Partition chicken cuts and add to pita pockets.
