
Mediterranean Fish Soup
Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 (14.5 ounces) can diced tomatoes drained
- 2 (14 ounces) can chicken broth
- 1 (8 ounces) can tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 ounces canned mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup white wine dry
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp basil dried
- 1/4 tbsp fennel seed
- 1/8 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 pound medium shrimp
- 1 pound cod fillets
Notes
Mediterranean Fish Soup: Spot the onion, green ringer pepper, garlic, tomatoes, chicken juices, tomato sauce, mushrooms, olives, squeezed orange, wine, straight leaves, dried basil, fennel seeds, and pepper into a moderate cooker. Spread, and cook on low 4 to 4 1/2 hours or until vegetables are fresh delicate.
Blend in shrimp and cod. Spread. Cook it 15 to 30 minutes, or until shrimp are hazy. Evacuate and dispose of straight leaves. Serve.
