
Mediterranean Grilled Vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
- 8 large mushrooms quartered
- 1 large zucchini quartered
- 1 large green bell pepper cut into pieces
- 1 large red onion cut into pieces
Notes
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
Blend the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, rosemary, and oregano in a bowl.
Spot the mushrooms, zucchini, ringer pepper, and onion in a deep grill-safe dish and brush it with the oil blend.
Spot the skillet on the preheated grill and cook until delicate, turning once 10 to 15 minutes.
