
Mozzarella and Fresh Fig Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounces) package buffalo mozzarella thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 8 small resh black figs halved lengthwise
- 4 leaves fresh mint finely chopped
Notes
Join mozzarella cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a resealable plastic sack. Seal and refrigerate for 2 hours. Turn mozzarella a couple of times in the marinade.
Organize mozzarella and figs on a serving plate and shower with marinade. Sprinkle crisp mint on top.
