
My Chicken Milano
Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp Italian-style seasoning
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (28 ounces) can stewed tomatoes drained
- 1 (9 ounces) green beans package frozen
Notes
In an enormous skillet heat the oil over medium-high heat. Include chicken and season with garlic, flavoring, hot pepper drops, and salt and pepper to taste. Sauté for 5 minutes, at that point include tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Gather green beans and blend all into a single unit. Spread skillet, diminish heat to medium-low and stew for around 15 to 20 minutes.
