
Pan-Fried Fennel
Ingredients
- 2 pounds fennel bulbs sliced, green tops reserved
- 3 tbsp olive oil or as needed
- salt to taste
- 1 pinch lemon pepper or to taste
- Chop fennel greens and set aside
Notes
Heat the one tablespoon oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lay some fennel cuts in a solitary layer in the dish; cook until pleasantly caramelized on the two sides, around 5 minutes. Season with salt and lemon pepper expel from the container. Include another tablespoon oil and layer in the following cluster of fennel cuts and cook a similar way. Rehash with outstanding oil and fennel. Serve sprinkled with fennel greens.
