
Parmesan-Roasted Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 6 small tomatoes halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cheese grated Parmesan
Notes
Preheat the oven carefully to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Spot tomatoes in a bowl and hurl delicately with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Orchestrate on a baking sheet and top every tomato half with Parmesan cheese.
Heat in the preheated oven until Parmesan cheese is liquefied and somewhat seared, 15 to 20 minutes.
