Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 green bell pepper cubed
- 1 red red bell pepper cubed
- 1 fennel bulb thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp dried Italian herb mix or to taste
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Notes
Heat the olive oil carefully in a large skillet and cook onion until delicate and translucent, around 5 minutes. Include carrots, chime peppers, and fennel; cook, blending until mollified yet at the same time firm to the nibble, 5 to 10 minutes — season with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
