
Quick Zucchini Side Dish with Toasted Almonds
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds
- 3 zucchinis cut into short strips
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Notes
Heat olive oil in a dish and include almonds. Cook and mix until almonds begin to dark-colored somewhat 1 to 2 minutes. Include zucchini and hurl with olive oil and almonds. Cook quickly until zucchini are delicate, around 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
