
Salmon Tartare
Ingredients
- 1 (5 ounces) salmon fillet very fresh
- 1 tbsp shallot minced
- 1 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley minced
- 1 tbsp fresh chive minced
- 1 tbsp minced cornichon (small pickled cucumber)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice or more to taste
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Notes
Expel salmon skin and cut out the dark shaded bloodline, so you have just the sparkly pink substance. Cut salmon into little 3D squares and spot in a bowl. Blend in shallot, parsley, chives, pickle, lemon juice, ocean salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 5 minutes before serving.
