
Sicilian Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 ounces anchovy fillets chopped
- 1 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1 cup fresh parsley chopped
- ground black pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp cheese freshly grated Parmesan
Notes
Take a large pot of salted water to a boil. Combine pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, warmth olive oil over medium temperature and add garlic and anchovies to cook for about 2 minutes; mix always.
Stir in breadcrumbs and turn off the heat. Add parsley and black ground pepper; mix.
Toss anchovy sauce with warm pasta and sprinkle with cheese; serve.
