Ingredients
  

  • 6 (4 ounce) bone-in chicken thighs with skin
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 18 cherry peppers in brine (such as Peppadew(R))
  • 6 ounces Italian sausage fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 tbsp herb de Provence
  • 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes crushed
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers with liquid
  • 2 cup chicken stock
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano chopped
  • 1 tbsp sweet marjoram chopped

Notes

Preheat oven properly to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spot chicken thighs in an enormous bowl; season with black pepper, cumin, and one teaspoon salt. Put in a safe spot.
Stuff every cherry pepper liberally with Italian frankfurter. Put in a safe spot.
Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven above medium-high temperature. Spot chicken thighs, skin-side down, in a skillet and darker, around 5 minutes. Turn chicken over and the dark-colored opposite side, around one moment. Expel chicken from dish.
Cook onion in the Dutch oven with a squeeze of salt over medium-high heat; cook and mix until caramelized, around 5 minutes. Diminish excitement to medium; mix in garlic, herbs de Provence, and squashed red pepper.
Mix in pepperoncini and juices; cook until warmed through, around 2 minutes. Expel from heat.
Spot chicken, skin-side up, in a solitary layer over the onions and pepper in the Dutch oven. Empty stock into the container until nearly covering the chicken.
Sprinkle artichoke hearts, olives, and stuffed cherry peppers over top of chicken.
Come back to medium-high heat and bring to a stew.
Spread and meal in the preheated oven until hotdog has cooked through and fluid is rising, around 60 minutes.
I am topping with slashed basil, oregano, and marjoram.
