
Tabbouleh 1
Ingredients
- 1 cup bulgur
- 1 2/3 cups boiling water
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup green onions chopped
- 1 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
- 3 tomatoes chopped
- 1 cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 tbsp salt
- ground black pepper to taste
Notes
Consolidate bulgur and boiling water in an enormous bowl. Spread, and put aside to drench for 60 minutes.
Include oil, lemon juice, onions, parsley, mint, tomatoes, and cucumber; hurl to join. Season it to taste with salt and black pepper. Spread, and refrigerate for at any rate 60 minutes.
