
Tahini Spinach
Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounces) package frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 tbsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tbsp paprika
- cayenne pepper or to taste
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Notes
Tahini Spinach: Spot the spinach and water into a pot, and heat to the point of boiling over high heat. Decrease temperature to medium-low, spread, and stew 4 to 6 minutes until delicate.
In the interim, whisk together the tahini, garlic, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, and red wine vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Channel the cooked spinach, and top with the tahini sauce to serve.
