Tilapia Feta Florentine
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 (9 ounces) bags fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives sliced
- 2 tbsp feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 tbsp lemon rind grated
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tbsp oregano dried
- 1/8 tbsp white pepper
- 1 pound tilapia fillets
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch paprika or to taste
Notes
Preheat oven carefully to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Heat the olive oil properly in a large skillet over medium temperature; cook and blend onion and garlic in the heated oil until onion is delicate, around 5 minutes. Add spinach to skillet; cook and mix until spinach is dried and cooked down, five additional minutes. Blend olives, feta cheddar, lemon skin, salt, oregano, and white pepper into the spinach. Cook until feta cheddar has liquefied and flavors have mixed around five additional minutes.
Spread spinach blend into a 9×13-inch heating dish. Organize tilapia filets over the spinach blend. Blend margarine and lemon juice in a little bowl and shower over fish; sprinkle with paprika.
Heat fish in the preheated oven until the substance is murky and chips effectively, 20 to 25 minutes.
