
Vegetarian Greek Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounces) pasta package penne
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 sweet onion chopped
- 1 cucumber coarsely chopped
- 1 cup black olives chopped
Notes
Cook pasta in an enormous pot of boiling water until still somewhat firm. Channel, and flush in virus water.
In a little bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, basil, garlic salt, and black pepper.
In an enormous bowl, join pasta, tomatoes, green pepper, onion, cucumber, and black olives. Include dressing, and hurl to coat. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
