
Wendy Jae’s Hummus
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp garlic chopped the roasted
- 1/4 cup red onion chopped
- 2 (15 ounces) cans garbanzo beans drained
- 1 1/2 tbsp sage dried
- 1 1/2 tbsp basil dried
- 1 1/2 tbsp oregano dried
- 1 1/2 tbsp parsley dried
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Notes
In a sustenance processor or blender, beat garlic and onions until finely slashed. Include garbanzo beans, one can at once, and heartbeat to puree. Mix in sage, basil, oregano, parsley, lemon juice, and oil; puree until smooth.
