
Ziti with Olives and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounces) ziti pasta package
- 1/3 cup tomatoes chopped sun-dried
- 1/3 cup black Greek olives pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 anchovy fillets diced
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
Notes
Cook the pasta in a massive pot of boiling salted water until still somewhat firm.
In the interim, place sun-dried tomatoes, olives, parsley, olive oil, anchovy fillets, and garlic in an enormous serving bowl.
Channel pasta. Move to a serving bowl, and hurl with the sauce. Serve.
