
Zoodle Caprese Salad
Ingredients
- 2 small zucchinis
- 16 ounces fresh mozzarella cubed
- 1 (10 ounces) basket grape tomatoes
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette or to taste
- 1 (5 ounces) package arugula
- 10 leaves fresh basil
Notes
Cut zucchini into spirals utilizing a spiralizer (fitted with the enormous destroying cutting edge). Cut zoodles into little pieces.
Join zoodle pieces, mozzarella, tomatoes, and vinaigrette in a bowl; blend well. Refrigerate until prepared to utilize.
Just before serving it bend in arugula and basil.
